H&R Transport Offers:
- BASE RATE
Nothing rewards drivers more consistently than a higher base rate per mile. That’s why we’ve increased our base rate by $0.02/mile to $0.42/mile for Single Company Drivers, making our drivers some of the highest paid in the industry.
- BC MILES PREMIUM
More challenging routes deserve higher pay, which is why in addition to an increased base rate, H&R offers a premium rate increase of $0.02/mile for all miles driven in BC.
- PAID EVERY FRIDAY
Our Sunday night pay cut-off ensures you get the money you’ve earned quicker, and levels out your weekly pay for more consistency and easier budgeting. We make sure that drivers get paid every Friday.
- GUARANTEED MILES
Single company drivers available 21 days a month are guaranteed 10,500 miles – paid even if the driver isn’t fully utilized. There’s also a mile guarantee for team drivers (18,000 miles). Click here to learn more about Project 10,500.
- FINANCIAL SECURITY
At H&R Transport, we’re providing the consistent miles and improved compensation our drivers need to feel both confident and comfortable.
- US MILES PREMIUM
US Drivers will receive $.02 premium on US miles.
